The location of Embassy Suites was fantastic for my work trip, with easy access to local business centers. The spacious two-room suite provided comfortable workspaces. The made-to-order breakfast was a highlight, featuring freshly made omelettes, and the evening reception offered a great opportunity for networking with fellow guests.
The staff were occasionally slow to respond, particularly during peak breakfast hours.

We loved the spacious two double suite, and the ART bus stop right outside was super convenient for our Disneyland adventure!
Felt most welcome, nothing to complain about.

The free happy hour with drinks was a fantastic way to kick off our stay, and my kids couldn't stop talking about the delicious breakfast potatoes every morning. We loved relaxing in the hot tub and taking advantage of the heated outdoor pool after our long days at Disneyland. The only downside was the parking fee, which felt a bit high, but overall, we had a great time! 😊

The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, featuring delicious omelets, which started each day on a good note. However, the service left much to be desired. the manager seemed unresponsive to our concerns about wet carpet and leaky showers. Despite asking for a late checkout, we were denied without explanation, which added frustration to our stay. A larger room with more comfort would have made a difference in this less-than-ideal experience.

The spacious two-room suite was perfect for our family, and we loved the amazing pool area with plenty of towels.
Felt like they were family, no complaints at all.

Had a fantastic time with my group of friends! The hotel had great facilities like a restaurant and pool. We loved the made-to-order breakfast, it was a great start to our busy days. Plus, the shuttle to Disneyland was super convenient! Just a heads up, make sure you check out the breakfast hours since they vary on weekends.
One downside was the minor plumbing issue in the shower. it took quite a while for the water to drain, which was a bit annoying during our stay.

convenient access to parks and dining options nearby
I really enjoyed my stay here, especially because there's a huge target right across the street that sells tons of disney merchandise and the free breakfast was quite delicious with made-to-order omelets and a variety of other options. plus, being just a short trip to both disneyland parks and numerous nearby restaurants makes it perfect for weekend city strolls.

missingWrote a review on Aug 10popular receptiondelicious breakfastdirty mattressloud environmentunresponsive management
The manager's reception with free cocktails started our stay off right, and quick check-in made it easy after a long day of travel. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the loved breakfast potatoes which offered variety each morning. However, the room had some cleanliness issues, including a moldy mattress that took too long to be addressed. Additionally, the persistent noise from other guests was quite disruptive, impacting our overall comfort during the stay.

The staff were friendly and check-in went smoothly. However, the elevators were slow and only three out of four were operational, leading to long waits. The pool was enjoyable, but large groups made it crowded and noisy at times. The complimentary breakfast had a good selection, which we appreciated.

The shuttle service to the park was super easy to use- like, when we went, we barely had to wait. Plus, the kids loved the koi pond in the lobby, it kept them entertained while I dealt with check-in.
It wasn't exactly pocket change, but I guess for a family trip, it worked out.
